Telesales Account Manager

Location: University of Reading, Berkshire

Reporting to: Sales Director

Castleforce IT Security is a new company that has substantial private investment and is looking to grow the sales force in order to win market share.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hard working, highly motivated team player to join our growing sales team, focusing on winning new business throughout the country.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills and have the motivation to learn the features and benefits of the huge range of IT security products that we offer.

The main duties of the position include:

• Making a high volume of calls every day (typically 50 unique outbound calls)
• Maintaining regular contact with a range of Vendors and Distributors
• Finding potential business and building relationships with new customers
• Creating quotes for potential business
• Visiting clients, if needed, in order to close sales

Previous experience within sales and or an IT environment is preferable but not essential. Product and sales training will be provided.

An excellent commission structure is on offer that is based on the sales each individual makes. The salary is uncapped and their may be opportunities for career progression as the company grows.

The role would suit graduates with IT knowledge and experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.
