All GSi bound email MUST be routed by the GSi GCSX mail relay using the organisation's GSi connection

The source email address for all email sent from a GCSX connected network MUST be of the format: username@organisation.gcsx.gov.uk
It is RECOMMENDED that Organisations do not allow their GCSX email address to be used as a source address by any other organisation
Users MUST not use their GCSX email address as a sender field when emailing content from the Internet to GSi
Any commissioned web development activity MUST not use the GCSX domain names as source addresses in emails generated outside the GSi
